PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plowing depth-regulating device having a simple structure and capable of aiming at the stabilization of lifting control of a plower irrespective to the size of a deviation between a detected plowing depth position and set plowing depth position, and also capable of aiming at the stabilization of lifting control of the plowing device even in the case of having continuous disturbing inputs. SOLUTION: This plowing depth-regulating device constituted so as to perform an automatic plowing depth regulation for making the detected plowing depth position hD follow the set plowing depth position hR of the plower 400 joined with a vehicle main body 50 as freely being lifted up and down based on the rotation angle of a rear cover 624 is constituted so as to change a regulation gain Kp in the automatic plowing depth regulation based on the size of deviationΔh between the detected plowing depth position hD and the set plowing depth position hR.
