PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a cartridge between a placement base and an replacing position of an atomization head replacing washing apparatus by circularly moving a pivot arm part of a cartridge replacing apparatus. SOLUTION: The cartridge replacing apparatus 41 is provided with a pivot arm part 48 provided with a cartridge grasping mechanism 48B for grasping the cartridge 24; and a circular motion part 46 for pivoting the pivot arm part 48 on a horizontal plane. The cartridge replacing apparatus 41 grasps the filled cartridge 24 on the placement base 42 by the cartridge grasping mechanism 48B and moves the pivot arm part 48 toward the replacing position O by the circular motion part 46 in the state. Thereby, the filled cartridge 24 and the used cartridge 24' can be replaced between the placement base 42 and the common body part 15 arranged at the replacing position O of the atomization head replacing washing apparatus 31.
