PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine capable of diversifying the result of display of a variable display device without complicating the control. SOLUTION: In the slot machine, reels are stopped/controlled according to a stopping control table uniquely set for the internal winning state (including a plurality of kinds of failure) and the stopped state of the reels (and the position of the stopped reels) in each game state. If the internal winning state is the failure (1) or the failure (2), a stopping control table, in which a different number of frames to be drawn is set, is used. The slot machine has a special area for maintaining bonus winning information till a bonus is win, in addition to areas in which winning flags are set. After writing a minor role flag or a replay winning flag in the winning flag setting areas in each game, a bonus winning flag is set based on the content of the special area. If such game properties that only the determination to allow the extraction of a special role is carried over but the determination to allow the extraction of a general role is not carried over are succeeded, it becomes easy to develop a new model.
