The invention relates to a method for aquaculture and products obtained by said method, characterised in comprising the raising of a species of fish from the temperate zone at a constant temperature by means of a recycled production circuit, said fish being previously adapted to a constant temperature applied in a continuous manner corresponding to the thermal optimum thereof. The invention further relates to products obtained by said method.
