Synchronizing ring (24A,24B) has an annular base body and spring element (26A,26B) is fixed to the synchronizing ring .The spring element is designed to transmit an axial pre-synchronizing force. The base body is provided means for mounting the synchronizing ring so as to be moveable to a limited extent in the peripheral direction relative to an associated guide sleeve (18). An independent claim is also included for the synchronous clutch.
