Holding device has a clamping jaw (1) fixed to vehicle, at which the commodity is lies and two movable clamping jaws (2,3,4) which are connected mechanically with each other, which are pressed by spring force opposite to the basic commodity. For removing the commodity, a movable clamping jaw is pulled away from the commodity against spring force and thereby the other movable clamping jaws (4) is also pulled away from the basic commodity.
