<p>This invention provides an agitation vessel, which can allow sound flow to reach a gas-liquid interface and can agitate a liquid over a wide range from the bottom of the vessel to the gas-liquid interface, and an agitation method, an agitation device and an analyzer comprising an agitation device. In the agitation vessel, the agitation method, the agitation device, and the analyzer comprising an agitation device, the held liquid is agitated by sonic waves. At least one surface elastic wave element (23) for allowing sonic waves to exit into a liquid (Ls) is provided eccentrically in the agitation vessel (5).
