<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter which can specify the position and the direction of a distal end side opening section, and enables a guide wire to be easily passed to the main stem and a branch of a blood vessel branching section. <P>SOLUTION: This catheter is equipped with a first lumen, a second distal end side opening section, a second lumen, at least a first radiopaque marker, and a second radiopaque marker. In this case, the first lumen has a first distal end side opening section and a first proximal end side opening section. The second distal end side opening section is located on the distal end side from the first lumen distal end side opening section.
