<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge-and-discharge device which improves safety even when forcedly discharged outside. <P>SOLUTION: In the charge-and-discharge device, a control unit 53 controls power consuming sources such as a heat source and a power device using electric power charged in a large capacity charger 52. When the electric power of the large capacity charger 52 is discharged outside, the power is not discharged only by plugging a connector of an external connector 57 into a discharge connector 54. Only when an interlock switch 55 is turned ON, the circuit of the large capacity charger 52 and a circuit of the discharge connector 54 is connected (conducted) not through the control unit 53, then the power is discharged. With such constitution, even if the discharge connector 54 is electrically touched by mistake, only this does not cause discharge, and safety is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
