<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device including PM accumulation quantity determination means for DPF more excellent in sensitivity and response than pressure difference measurement. <P>SOLUTION: The exhaust emission control devices 101, 102, 103 provided in an exhaust system 30 of an internal combustion engine and including DPF 33 are provided with one or plurality of acoustic pressure measuring means 8F, 8R measuring exhaust gas sound, and a operation means 10 calculating PM accumulation quantity from the measured exhaust gas pressure. Then, an exhaust gas temperature measuring means 36 and an exhaust gas temperature raising means 34 are provided in an upstream side of the DPF 33, and the exhaust gas temperature raising means 34 is operated when PM accumulation quantity calculated by the operation means 10 is higher than predetermined set value and exhaust gas temperature measured by the exhaust gas temperature measuring means 36 is a lower limit of a temperature range in which DPF 33 can be regenerated or lower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
