PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration preventing device for a rotor which allows long-term stable utilization and is compact through the development of a new mass balance adjusting material. SOLUTION: A jacket body 11 having an inside space 12 is added to a main rotor 10. Time coagulating solution containing heavy weight powder such as metal powder is inserted into the inside space 12 to be rotated. The time coagulating solution is a liquid to be coagulated by the lapse of time. A general adhesive can be employed as the time coagulating solution 13. During the continuation of rotation, the time coagulating solution 13 is solidified with whole rotation balance kept so that the rotary shaft and gravity center can be matched as a whole. By covering the solidified time coagulating solution 13 with a coating 14, the long-term stable rotation vibration preventing device for a rotor can be materialized. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
