PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator structure capable of preventing blow back of hot air in an engine side to a front surface of a radiator 1, improving assembling property and reducing cost by reducing number of components. SOLUTION: In the radiator 1 structure having a resin fan shroud 2 arranged in a vehicle rear side of the radiator 1, provided with a metal core part 3 composed of a plurality of tubes 6 of which both end parts are inserted and fixed to tube plates 4, 5 and a fin arranged between the tubes 6, provided with a resin tank 11 (12) on each tube plate 4, (5), and having ports P1 (P2) for circulating circulation medium in the tank 11, (12) provided to protrude in a vehicle rear side, the tanks 4, 5 including the fan shroud 2 and ports P1, P2 are formed as one unit.
