PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain an electromagnetic relay which is small, highly sensitive and easy to assemble or adjust by constituting an electromagnetic rely using a magnetic circuit structure where a permanent magnet is provided at the inside central part of a U letter-shaped iron core round which a coil is wound and an armature capable of inclining so that self both ends may be opposed to both magnetic poles of the iron core is arranged. CONSTITUTION:This electromagnetic relay is equipped with a coil assembly where a permanent magnet 2 is arranged at the central part of a U letter-shaped iron core 1 round which a coil 19 is wound, and an armature assembly where a hinge spring part 5 for supporting the inclining action of an armature 3 which is so arranged that the self both ends may be opposed to both ends of an iron core 1 and a movable contact spring 6 are fixed in a body with an insulator 7. And, it is equipped with an insulator base table 16 where a fixed contact terminal 13, which has a fixed contact 12 that opposes a movable contact 4 when the coil assembly is arranged in the upper opening and the armature assembly is arranged so that one end of the permanent magnet 2 may be a fulcrum for the inclining action of the armature 3, and a neutral terminal 14, which connects with one end of the hinge spring 5, are planted. Hereby, the magnetic circuit becomes dense and the magnetic efficiency is improved, therefore it can be driven at high sensitivity. |
