The method of delivery comprises providing a phytochemical supplement in an orally acceptable composition and applying the orally acceptable composition including the phytochemical supplement in contact with a feature of the oral cavity of a corporeal body. An oral care composition comprising a phytochemical supplement for one or more of ingestion or trans-mucosal absorption and a method for making the same are also disclosed.</p>
