The coin-validator (16) money changer has control device (14) which produces and stores first control signal, after removal of the tube cartridge all sensors produce a complete signal and reset the tube counter of a coin tube (10) on zero, after re-installation of the tube cartridge the coin sensor produces the blank signal that is assigned to the coin tube.
