There is provided a process for producing a diaphragm, characterized by sequentially performing the step of coating a base material with a negative photosensitive composition containing fluorinated polymer (A) having a side chain with fluoroalkyl (wherein the alkyl may have an etheric oxygen atom between carbon atoms) and a side chain with ethylenic double bond, the drying step, the exposure step and the development step, followed by the post-exposure step.
