An axial recess (111) and the tube body are formed at the distal end of the head which passes through the radial opening. The control rod (20) is movably arranged in the axial recess. The control rod has connection end and a pressing end. The pre-stressing element (40) is arranged in the axial recess. The pre-stressing element is clamped between the connecting rod and the close end of the axial recess. The sleeve element (60) is movably mounted at the tube body. The sleeve element is connected with the preceding two ends of the connecting rod.
