Use of a vascular damaging agent or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the manufacture of a medicament for administration in divided doses for use in the production of a vascular damaging effect in a warm-blooded animal such as a human. The vascular damaging agent may be ZD6126, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
