A PDF-PLUS plate material and a method for manufacturing a water tank using the same are provided to prevent occurrence of abrasion and harmful materials to health by forming the inside of the water tank with PE. A PDF-PLUS plate material includes a PE plate material(1) and an artificial fiber(2). The PE plate material is disposed at an inner side of a water tank to have a predetermined thickness. The artificial fiber is stacked at an outer side of the PE plate material to a predetermined thickness. A porous iron plate(3) has a plurality of connection holes(31), which are stacked at an outer side of the artificial fiber. A fiber glass(4) is heated and melted at an outer side of the porous iron plate, and is penetrated through the connection holes of the porous iron plate to melt the artificial fiber. An outside fiber glass and an inner PE plate material are adhered to each other. |
