An installation structure system for a climb artificial rock wall is provided to reduce installation cost, to be safe in terms of the structure and to make the installation work thereof convenient. Climb holds are mounted on outer surfaces of plural rock wall panels(4). Plural rock wall panels(4) are stuck on the outside of a frame. A bracket board(10) having a bolt hole is formed to protrude from an inner surface of a body of the rock wall panel(4) integrally. The rock wall panel(4) and the frame are installed in a zigzag shape in a vertical direction of the artificial rock and are connected by a connection bar(8). Bolt holes are formed on both ends of the connection bar(8). One end of the connection bar(8) is connected to the frame and the other end of the connection bar(8) is connected to the bracket board(10).
