PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidity exchanger having low manufacturing cost, smaller and lighter figure and sufficient mechanical strength, achieving highly efficient humidity exchange and being utilized as a temperature/humidity exchanger. SOLUTION: The humidity exchanger having moisture permeable films permeable to moisture vapor laid between wetted gas and dried gas for wetting the dried gas comprises an externally-air-tight stacked structure formed by stacking frames each having a vertically opening internal space encircled by peripheral frames having gas inlets and outlets and the moisture permeable films in an alternate and air tight manner in the vertical direction of the frames. The wetted gas passes through one internal space in contact with the moisture permeable films and the dried gas passes through the other internal space so that the moisture exchange can be performed via the moisture permeable films of the stacked structure.
