<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to move an insulator washing machine on an insulator easily and to carry out the washing work of the insulator easily by providing a cradle which consists of an insulating material running on the upper surface of the insulator to the tip of an operation rod or to the lower surface of a water tank. CONSTITUTION:At the position near the tip of an operation rod 2, is installed a cradle 15 which consists of an insulating material to hold the load of the rod 2 and a water tank 8 at the upper side of a hanging insulator train 14 which consists ot hanging insulators 13 for tensionresisting iron tower connected in series. This cradle 15 has plural contact projections 15a contacting to the upper surface of the hanging insulators 13 in two lines at specific intervals, and furnishes a pair of left side and right side brackets 15b erected integrally at the upper side. In such a composition, even in case that the inclination angles of the hanging insulator train 14 are different or the hanging insulator train 14 is too long loosing at the center, the lower side of the cradle 15 can be moved following the upper side of the hanging insulator train 14 during the washing work. Moreover, the insulator washing work can be carried out rapidly.</p> |
