Piezoelectric bender transducer

The transducer has a bending transducer unit (2) with a multilevel base body (8) that exhibits a heterogeneous structure with several base body layers (13). The base body layers are aligned on each other based on deformation-relevant characteristics in consideration of layer thickness, elasticity modulus and thermal expansion coefficient, so that sections (22a, 22b) of the transducer unit have an identical thermal expansion behavior. A distribution of a neutral fiber layer (17) of the transducer unit is resulted from a deformation behavior of the base body and a piezoelectric body (15).
