PURPOSE:To prevent the decrease of ultraviolet rays absorption effect of the title material under a high temp. and humidity condition by incorporating at least one of a specified compd. in at least one layer of the photographic constituting layers contd. in the photosensitive material. CONSTITUTION:At least one of the compd. shown by formula I is incorporated in at least one layer of the photographic constituting layers mounted on a supporting body. In formula I, R1 is straight chain alkyl group or an alkyl group contg. a secondary carbon atom, R2 is 8 C alkyl group, R3 is hydrogen atom or aryl group, etc. The compd. shown by formula I may be incorporated in the photosensitive material. However, the compd. may be preferably used in the form of an emulsion dispersion. The compounding amount of the compd. is 1-200wt.% of a gelatin. Thus, an ultraviolet rays absorbing agent which does not deteriorate the ultraviolet rays absorption effect, is obtd., even under the high temp. and humidity condition, in case of applying the ultraviolet rays absorbing agent to photographic goods. |
