PURPOSE:To restrain temp. rising of cooling liquid and turbulent on surface of the cooling liquid and to improve the quality of metal fine wire by arranging partition plates boring lower part holes to two steps in the cooling liquid layer formed with liquid side plate and circle bottom plate and communicating supply of the cooling liquid with lower part of liquid layer. CONSTITUTION:A cooling liquid supplying pipe 10 for flowing in the cooling liquid 6 is arranged along inner face of drum circle bottom plate 5a in a cylindrical drum 5 and one line of the liquid side plate 13 for regulating depth of the liquid layer is surrounded to the inner face 5c of the cylinder to form the cooling liquid layer with the liquid side plate 13 and the circle bottom plate 5a. Further, the partition plates 11, 11a boring the lower part holes 11h, 11ah, one pair of wire winding chamber partition plates 12, 12a constituting metal fine wire winding chamber 9s boring the lower part holes 12h, 12ah having smaller diameter than the above holes 11h, 11ah, are made to two steps of constitution. By this method, efficiency caused by removal of cooling liquid, is not lowered and even if the supplying rate of cooling liquid is a little, the temp. rising of the liquid can be restrained. Further, surface after cooling can be held to stable. |
