PURPOSE:To keep the temperature of a blast furnace-top in suitable range and to elevate the efficiency of heat conductivity and reducing reaction in said furnace by regulating the amount of ore and coke per charge and the weight ratio of said ore to coke in the blast furnace operation in which fuel is blown into the furnace from the tuyeres for blast. CONSTITUTION:In the blast furnace operation in which the fuel such as oil, fine powder coal or tar is blown into the furnace from tuyeres, the ore and coke charged from the furnace top are caused to be following: the necessary amount to be charged per day to the amount of ore and coke charged per day is respectively caused to be kept under 83%. Further the ratio of the ore weight per one charge to the coke weight per one charge is caused to be 4 and more. |
