A method for detecting fuel shutdown switch state of an LPI vehicle is provided to accurately diagnose an electrical error of input/output lines of a fuel interruption switch. A fuel supply apparatus includes a fuel tank(11), a fuel pump relay(12), a fuel interruption switch(13), a fuel pump(15), a fuel interruption valve(16), an injector(17), an engine control section(19), a fuel supply line(21), a fuel return line(23), and a relay coil diagnosing section(31). The engine control section receives a gasoline injection signal supplied from the outside and generates a pump control signal to supply the generated signal to the fuel pump relay. The engine control section converts the gasoline injection signal supplied from the outside into a fuel injection signal and supplies the fuel injection signal to the injector.
