<p>The method involves radiating a transmission radiation (5) with a preset carrier frequency, and reflecting the transmission radiation from an object (1) in response to its movement (11) with modified radiation parameters as a reflection radiation (9). The reflection radiation, which contains the characteristics of the object movement, is detected. The transmission radiation is radiated as triggering information with the same carrier frequency after the determination of the modified reflection parameter of the reflection radiation.
