The invention relates to a mixed thermo- and hydroinsulation for pipes in technological installations and central heating networks and to a process for manufacturing the same. The thermo- and hydroinsulation comprises a shell-shaped thermoinsulating layer, consisting of mineral wool, ecological rigid polyurethane foam, and aluminium foil (3) with insertion, connected by tongue and groove system (4), and a hydroinsulating layer (5) comprising two fireproof polyester resin layers, reinforced with fiberglass cloth. According to the invention, the process consists in the fact that the thermoinsulating layer is mounted on the central heating pipe, which was previously protected against corrosion, by tightening with polypropylene tapes by tongue and groove system, on which the hydroinsulating layer is applied in two steps, namely the polyester resin is applied as a continuous film, with no air inclusions, on which the fiberglass cloth is fixed by pressing and rolling, the second fireproof polyester resin being applied afterwards.
|
