PURPOSE:To permit an accurate and efficient bonding in adhesion of an elastic body such as rubber, etc. and a rigid body by adsorbing and fixing a face which includes a reference dimension portion of an elastic body to a reference adsorption face which serves as the dimension reference of the first main body of adhesion. CONSTITUTION:On a groove A of a bottom mold 42 a blade 1 made of rubber, etc. of a dry type copying machine cleaning device is placed and the braid is pushed and adsorbed to the reference adsorption face on the side of the groove A, and confirmed by a light from a light source 426, and the back portion 2 consisting of a rigid body fixed with fusible adhesive is interlinked with an interlinking pin of a bottom mold rear portion 424. Then, an upper mold portion 43 is moved upwards and the bottom mold 42 is lifted by the action of a cylinder 412 and the back plate 2 is clamped and held by and between the rear portion 424 and fixed portion 431 and at the same time and with the fixed portion 433 which is energized by a spring 432 the blade 1 is pushed and adsorbed and the adhesive is fused by the descending of heating portion 7 and then cooled and hardened and bonded. Thus, flexible and elastic body and a rigid body can be bonded accurately and efficiently. |
