CUTTER HEAD FOR A MEAT CUTTER

Cutter head plate for a meat slicer has a metal core (2), into which the drive shaft fits. This is embedded in a plastic sleeve (3). Independent claims are included for: (a) a cutter blade with a radius of fixing center to blade radius ratio of 0.3 - 0.4, especially 0.37 - 0.38; (b) a system comprising the cutter head plate and two cutter blades with bores, into which eccentric locking bolts are fitted; (c) a cutter head comprising the system which is fitted on a shaft; (d) a system for fitting the cutter head on a shaft in which a filler plate is fitted over the cutter blades;and (e) a system for fitting the cutter head on a shaft in which the cutter head plate and the cutter blades or filler plates are premounted on a bush which is then fitted on the shaft.
