摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability by making it easy to use. SOLUTION: A treatment instrument for an endoscope is so constituted that a treatment part 2 disposed at the tip part of an interlocking member 1 inserted in a body through an endoscope is actuated being remote-operated by an operating part 3 through the interlocking member 1. The operating part 3 is provided with a first finger hooking body 10 and a second finger hooking body 11 movably supported to the first finger hooking body 10, and the treatment part 2 can be remote-operated by the movement of the second finger hooking body 11. The operating part 3 is provided with start operating position adjusting mechanism P for changing a start operating position MB in a movement operative range MZ of the second finger hold body 11 to the first finger hold body 10. A space L of the second finger hooking body 11 to the first finger hooking body 10 can therefore be changed in the start operating position MB according to the size of an operator's hand.
