<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emission control device for allowing an operation check of an announcement means irrespective of an over collection condition of a particulate filter. <P>SOLUTION: The device comprises a catalyst-regeneration type particulate filter 11 installed in the middle of an exhaust pipe 9 for passage of exhaust gas 9, an forced regeneration means for regenerating the particulate filter 11 by forcibly burning and removing particulate collected by the particulate filter 11, an operation means provided on a driver seat for activating the forced regeneration means, and the announcement means for receiving and indicating a signal of a regeneration demand from the forcible regeneration means. It is constructed to judge presence or absence of engine stop when the operation means is turned on and to turn on the announcement means in a power supply condition under engine stop for allowing the operation check of the announcement means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
