<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make bending possible in a bellows part, and enable the bellows part to extend/contract in a range of prescribed length. SOLUTION: A left end of a protective cylinder 1 braiding a wire matched with a shape in one end of a bellows pipe 6 is diametrically contracted, an end ring 4a is fitted, spot welding 5a is applied. This protective cylinder 1 is fitted to the bellows pipe 6, after a left end side is brought into contact, to be displaced so as to open a distance S, a right end of the protective cylinder 1 is diametrically contracted along a right side of the bellows pipe 6, an end ring 4b is fitted, spot welding 5b is applied. Next, a left side of the protective cylinder 1 is contracted by the distance S, to be brought into contact with a bellows part 6a, spot welding 5c is applied. The bellows part 6a can be extended by the S from a condition of no-load, but any more extension is prevented by the protective cylinder 1.</p> |
