<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a correct evaluation for designated characteristics. SOLUTION: A parameter calculating means 22 calculates parameters necessary for generating a test signal of designated phase noise characteristics R, and outputs a test signal St of the phase noise characteristics generated, based on its parameter from a test signal generating means 23. A first phase noise characteristics measuring means 30 measures phase noise characteristics R' of the test signal St, and a second phase noise characteristics measuring means 40 measures phase noise characteristics M of an output signal of an equipment 1 to be analyzed and receives the signal St. An approximate error calculating means 41 obtains a difference of the characteristics R and R' as an approximate error E, and a virtual characteristics calculating means 42 corrects the characteristics M by an error E, and calculates virtual phase noise characteristics M' of the signal output, when it is assumed that the equipment 1 has received the test signal of the characteristics R. A display means 43 displays so as to enable grasping of the difference between the characteristics R and the characteristics M'.</p> |
