<p>The invention relates to a universal one-phase device for short-circuiting and grounding, meant for preventing the occurence of voltage at the work place, said device equipped with two movable jaws and a mechanism amplifying the movement, facilitates the manoeuvering and eliminates the risk of detached and causing accidents during the operation. According to the invention, the device consists of an axle (1) which has the upper end introduced, without being clamped, into a plate (2) articulated by means of some bolts (3) to some articulated multiplication levers (4), which, in their turn, by means of some bolts (5), are articulated to some movable jaws (6), articulated at the lower side, with some bolts (7) to a movable plate (8) which can move axially when the axle (1) rotates, due to the threaded assembly consisting of the movable plate (8) and the axle (1). To prevent the axle from coming out of the plate (2), on the upper end of the axle (1), there is mounted a transverse banking pin (9) and for imparting a rotation motion, the axle (1) has a transverse driving pin (10) at the lower end. The device is mounted by means of an intermediary piece on the end of a telescopic pole by means of which it is lifted up to the desired height and by rotating the pole by 360A there is controlled the movement of the movable plate (8), and by means of the multiplication levers (4) there is controlled the closing of the movable jaws (6) on a rod conductor or on a fixed T clamp; on one of the movable jaws (6) there is coupled, with a screw, a flexible short-circuiting cable connected to the other end to a screw clamp mounted to the grounding belt of the installation.</p> |
