PURPOSE:To visualize an image point position of a laser light by forming an image point in the same position as the laser light by using a point light source for generating a visible light and a concave mirror. CONSTITUTION:In a laser beam machine for condensing a laser light by a lens and irradiating the surface of a work therewith, a laser light 2 from a laser oscillator 1 is varied as to its direction by a turn-back mirror 3, condensed by a condensing lens 13 placed in a nozzle 4 and irradiates the work 6, and forms an image point in a point Pa. On the other hand, this machine is constituted so that a visible light 5 is outputted from a semiconductor laser 14 provided in the nozzle 4 and an image point is formed in the point Pa in the same way by a concave mirror 11. In such a way, an image point position can be adjusted easily by visual observation, and laser beam machining can be controlled exactly. |
