An entry control terminal for informing a passer of a notice and a notification system using the same are provided to transfer the notice to the passer in every passage by adding a notification function to the entry control terminal, and combining the notice divided into a public or private notice with an entry authentication process. An information storing part(130) stores terminal setting values, entry authentication data, notification target information, and notification content information. A tag reader(170) recognizes a tag in a contact type by being embedded with an RF(Radio Frequency) reader. A CPU(120) stores the information to the information storing part by communicating with a server through a communicator(110), and authenticates the passer by comparing the information stored in the tag with the entry authentication data stored in the information storing part if the tag is detected by the tag reader. If authentication is successful, the CPU opens a gate, searches the notice to be transferred to the passer, outputs the public notice to a display part(160), and transfers the private notice to the passer through an SMS(Short Message Service). |
