The drive (12) has a connecting rod (16), which is driven by a connecting lever, which is rotatably connected with an operating lever (20). The operating lever is swivelable by a rotary axis. A lifting mechanism has a compensator with an axis retainer and a holder with a holding axis. A compensator blade engages at the lower side of an operating lever at an end which is separated from the stationary rotating axis of the operating lever.
