A method for manufacturing a carbon fiber is provided to coat the carbon collide solution entirely and uniformly and to have the excellent thermal conductivity and electric resistant property. A tension control device(200) imparts the twisting force to plural original yarns(102,104), twists the yarns together and reinforces the tension of a twisted yarn(110). A carbon solution coating device(300) coats a collide solution on the circumference of the twisted yarn so that a coating yarn(226) is manufactured. A nozzle unit(400) uniforms the thickness of the coating yarn due to the carbon solution by means of the pressure difference by the rotation force. A carbon solution dry device(500) dries the coated carbon solution. A resistance measuring device(600) measures the resistance of the coating yarn. A coating yarn winding device(700) winds the coating yarn to a bobbin(610). |
