<p>A method for manufacturing the functional cloth with phase change materials by using the supercritical process is provided to melt the phase change materials into the supercritical fluid, thereby immersing directly into the fiber or sheet. Any one selected from eicosane, docosane, tetracosane and octacosane as paraffin-group phase change materials is melted within any one selected from carbon dioxide, ethane and ethylene as supercritical fluid and then the melted materials is immersed into a fiber or the sheet paper at the supercritical state. Any one selected from capric acid, lauric acid, palmitic acid and stearic acid as organic acid-group phase change materials is melted within any one selected from carbon dioxide, ethane and ethylene as supercritical fluid and then the melted materials is immersed into a fiber or the sheet paper at the supercritical state.</p> |
