The capping clutch provided with a capping air chuck on the lower part, can be justed using the spring elastic force for rotary torque accurring between the air tank and its cap. The capping clutch consists of upper cover (1) mounted on the upper of supply member (2) for pneumatic force, the supply member (2) inserted on the upper of housing (6), control member (3) for rotary torque positioned on the inner side of the housing, a spindle (4) inserted in middle part of the control part, lower cover (5) screwed on the lower of the housing (6). The control part (3) for rotary torque, has casing (21) on the outer side, is inserted to piston (25) and transmission (28) on the inner side of the casing (21). The spindle (4) having long air supply-hole (33) in the middle part can mount air chuck (49) formed with screw member (34).
