A nozzle device for electro-spinning is provided to install one or more temporary reservoirs between a nozzle block and a nozzle, thereby preventing effectively the drop phenomenon from generating. A nozzle(5) for performing electro-spinning is installed on a nozzle block(4) having the supplied spinning solution. One or more spinning solution temporary reservoir(5a)s are installed between the nozzle block and the nozzle and the diameter of the reservoir is larger than that of the nozzle. The spinning solution temporary reservoir and the nozzle block are connected by a connection tube(5b). The diameter of the spinning solution temporary reservoir is 1.1 to 100 times or 1.5 to 60 times in comparison with the diameter of the nozzle. The length of the spinning solution temporary reservoir is above 1mm or 3mm.
