The invention relates to a medullar pin (2) fitted with a locking opening (1 ) which crosses the pin (2) transversely to its longitudinal axis (3). The locking opening ( 1) comprises a passage (4) running transversely to the longitudinal axis (3) of the pin (2) , further a borehole (5) not touching the passage (4) and also running transversely to t he longitudinal axis (3) of the pin (2) and being offset from the passage (4) toward the longitudinal axis (3), and a slot (6) which connects the passage (4) and the borehole (5) and which, seen in a sectional view of the pin (2), does not run parallel to the passage (4).
