A method of manufacturing a fishing rod is provided to improve intensity of the fishing rod by forming a reinforcing material between an inner shaft and an outer shaft. The method comprises the steps of: positioning a core rod on a carbon material which is put on a lower rolling plate; forming an inner shaft(10) in such a way that the core rod is wrapped with the carbon material by moving an upper rolling plate in forward and backward directions; forming a reinforcing material(20) by winding the reinforcing material such as yarn, tow, and wire around an outer side of the inner shaft in a net shape; forming an outer shaft(30) by applying the carbon material on the outer side of the inner shaft which is formed in the reinforcing material; heating a shaft(40) rolled cellophane adhesive tapes; and forming a fishing rod by eliminating the core rod and the cellophane adhesive tapes from the heated shaft. |
