An air conditioner with a rotation heat exchanger is provided to carry out heat exchange by the rotation heat exchanger while rotating, thereby supplying heat exchanged air into a room uniformly and diffusing the air fast. An air conditioner with a rotation heat exchanger includes a first refrigerant circulation part(100) having a compressor(111) for compressing primary refrigerant, first and second heat exchangers(121,131) connected to the compressor for the circulation of the primary refrigerant, and an expansion unit(141) disposed between the first and second heat exchangers. A second refrigerant circulation part(200) has an intermediate heat exchanger(211) for carrying out heat exchange with secondary refrigerant and the primary refrigerant of the first or second heat exchanger, and a rotation heat exchanger(300) connected to the intermediate heat exchanger for heat exchange between the secondary refrigerant and room air, wherein the rotation heat exchanger is rotative. A circulation pump(221) is disposed on a circulation path of the secondary refrigerant for circulating the secondary refrigerant. The rotation heat exchanger has a hub(310), and a plurality of blade parts(320) extended from the hub in the radial direction and disposed with a distance from each other on the periphery of the hub, wherein the second refrigerant flows inside.
