A continuous type mixing apparatus is provided, which has the first stirring wings and the second stirring wings in the inner cylindrical surface for mixing materials efficiently and prevents materials from attaching to the inside wall. The continuous type mixing apparatus comprises: cask bodies(12,18,30) having an inlet(11) for providing materials continuously and an outlet(19) for discharging mixture, which comprises the first cask body(12) having the inlet(11), the second cast body(18) having the outlet(19), and a rotating cask body(30) combined between the first cask body(12) and the second cask body(18); a shaft(20) having the first stirring wings(22) established inside the cask bodies(12,18,30) for mixing materials and transferring mixture toward the outlet(19); and the second stirring wings established inside the rotating cask body(30).
