A system for applying iontophoretic drug on a tooth is provided to equally apply medicinal water containing a fluoric compound on the surface of a user's tooth by using synthetic padding. The system includes an ion tray(1) formed in a cap shape to cover each one of user's teeth, an outer cover(2) made of soft and resilient silicone rubber for close contact with a user's tooth, a metallic electrode(3) positioned on an inner bottom surface of the outer cover, and a U shaped inner cover(4) inserted into the outer cover. The inner cover is synthetic padding made of polyester cotton having high absorbing and storing force of medicinal water and shape memory. The medicinal water containing a fluoric compound is applied on the surface of the user's tooth by using an iontophoresis method.
