A structure for installing a safety diagnosis apparatus in an expansion joint of a bridge is provided to visually recognize an appropriate state when the expansion joint is expanded or shrunk beyond a safety range. A structure for installing a safety diagnosis apparatus in an expansion joint of a bridge includes a fastening post(10), a ball installation box (20), a ball drop guide frame(30), a ball storage box(40), and an operation fastening frame(50). The fastening post includes a fastening plate(14) fastened to an upper end of a bridge structure, a support plate(11) formed on the upper end, and a threaded part(12) to which a fastening nut is fastened. The ball installation box has an insert hole(24), and a ball hole(22) for accommodating a plurality of balls(21). The ball drop guide frame receives the balls and guides the balls downward. The ball storage box is disposed under the guide frame to receive the guided balls. The operation fastening frame drops the balls to the exterior.
