A mobile apparatus-based user-centered pavilion information guide system and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to combine information in desired ways, thus the user can perceive various factors for media information data stored in a media information DB at a time. A portable device(3) transmits a query which is a user request signal through a user-centered liquid browser which reconfigures an interface according to a user's interaction, and receives media information corresponding to the query to output the media information. A control server(2) analyzes the transmitted query to extract the corresponding media information from a media information DB(101), and converts the extracted information into a media information file used for the portable device(3). A media information server(1) has the media information DB(101) for storing the media information.
